Campbell River on Vancouver Island is a small but bustling city that attracts visitors from around the world for its scenery, adventure opportunities,and amazing salmon fishing.It sits about midway up the east side of Vancouver Island across Discovery Passage a ten minute ferry ride from Quadra Island. Not only is the city an exciting place to visit but it is also a wonderful place to live.
This house is ideally located on a quiet street in a very quiet suburb which was established back in the 1960s so it has that settled feeling with lots of mature and large trees and a variety of homes older and new. It is situated above the Campbell River in a unique area of town. We are within five minutes by car to everything you need including the downtown centre, wonderful walking trails, the Tyee Spit, Discovery Harbour Mall, the Quadra Island Ferry, schools.
